1. Custom Orders & Design

• Can I request a custom design? Yes! Customization is the heart of Aura Cast Studios. You can DM us on our social media or use the 'Contact Us' page to share your vision, color preferences, and ideas.
• What items can be customized? We specialize in resin clocks, diaries, pens, keychains, and bookmarks. If you have a unique idea, feel free to reach out!
• How long does a custom piece take to make? Because each piece is handmade and requires specific curing time, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Product Quality & Care

• Are your products fragile? Resin is durable, but it should be treated with care. Please avoid dropping items, especially items like clocks or resin plates, to prevent chipping.
• Will my product look exactly like the photos? Since every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color patterns or tiny air bubbles might occur. This makes your piece one-of-a-kind and unique to you!
• How should I clean my resin items? Simply wipe them with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or leaving them in direct, intense sunlight for long periods.

3. Shipping & Payments

• Where do you ship? We ship all across Pakistan.
• What is the delivery time? Once your order is ready and dispatched, it typically takes 3–5 business days to reach your doorstep.
• What payment methods do you accept? We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. We also accept payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfers.

4. Returns & Order Policy

• Can I return a custom order? As each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the work has begun. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right!
